Yes. Your AIQ Specialist™ is designed to work with the number your clients already know and use. You’ll continue to use your existing business number everywhere (website, signs, cards). Your customers still dial the same number; the difference is what happens after they call. Those calls can now be handled by a trained AIQ Specialist™ who can answer, qualify, book appointments, take messages, and forward calls to the right team member.

There are two ways to connect your existing number into the system:

1. Call forwarding to your AIQ Specialist™ line (most common starting point).
You stay with your current phone provider. We give you a dedicated AIQ Specialist™ line, and you set call forwarding from your existing number to that line—after-hours only, weekends, or 24/7, depending on how you want to start. From your customers’ perspective, nothing changes about the number they dial.

2. Port your number into our telecom partner for full integration.
Most businesses eventually opt for a fully unified setup where we port your existing number into our telecom partner, Twilio—a global cloud communications platform that connects to carriers in over 150 countries and leads the market in business voice and messaging infrastructure. Behind the scenes, your original number becomes your AIQ Specialist™ number for both calls and texts, with AI, tracking, and automations all running through that single, trusted line.

Yes. Your AIQ Specialist™ is already trained for your industry and can be matched to your company’s tone, language, and preferences. This can be done during Premium 1:1 Onboarding, and you can make further adjustments anytime from your account.

Yes. Many HVAC companies start by using their AIQ Specialist™ during nights, weekends, or overflow hours—and keep their regular setup during the day. Others switch fully to AIQ coverage once they see how smoothly it runs. It’s completely up to you.

Your AIQ Specialist™ is trained to remain calm, professional, and on-brand—no matter what. If a caller is frustrated, uses unclear language, or brings up something outside the scope of your setup, the AI will either respond gracefully or offer to pass the message to your team. You can also get full transcripts and call logs so you can review and adjust her training over time if needed.

Yes. Your AIQ Specialist™ can speak with callers in multiple languages. For example, if most of your customers speak English and Spanish, we can customize the greeting like this: “Hi, thanks for calling. Gracias por llamar.
